Car Emergency Kit Checklist

You will receive a PDF checklists of supplies needed to build an Emergency Kit for your car.

A Car Emergency Kit Checklist is a list of supplies that would be needed to stay safe in your car in an average 'bad' event or a major disaster scenario.

This kind of stuff isn't just for preppers and survivalists. A proper Car Emergency Kit should be a necessary item for every vehicle. Every year events happen that could easily escalate into something worse.

Building a Car Emergency Kit is a great educational experience and opportunity to cover...

A history of major disaster events in all aspects from the science to community response
Critical thinking skills
Careers in emergency planning and government service
First Aid, CPR, and safety
Part of a community CERT curriculum
Fire safety
Volunteerism
And more

Basically, each item in the list has a purpose and discussion of that can lead to as many teachable moments as you want.

These are the checklists I use for my own family and have been experimented with and modified after years of research and actual use in the military and on deployments to disaster sites for the US Department of Homeland Security.

Everything you need is on the checklist. All you have to do then is buy the stuff.
