Absolutely! The land is located on a beautiful and rural farm in the area of Liberty, SC in the county of Pickens. The farm is owned by Dr. David Powers.

How to enjoy your land?

All owners can visit and see their area. You are free to walk, picnic, take photos, and enjoy the tranquility. Children and pets are welcome provided they're well behaved. You can enjoy dog walking, enjoying the trees, and lots of peace and quiet. You are welcome to leave behind a painted rock in the farm’s rock garden. Vehicular access is not permitted beyond the driveway. Also, no commercial activity of any kind is permitted.

How do you find your piece of land?

Get in touch with Dr. David Powers at drdave@redteamgoals.com to schedule a visit. Once your ownership is confirmed in the Registry of Owners, we will send you the location.

Each plot of land has it's own unique reference number, and we maintain a comprehensive register. The plots of land are not specifically marked out, so that mowing and maintenance is easily managed.  ​

Are there ongoing fees or other costs to worry about?

Your purchase through our website is a one-off payment, with nothing more to pay at all. There are no land or real estate taxes to worry about. ​

Can you buy a piece of land as a gift to a friend or relative?

Most of the land parcels we sell are intended as gifts. When you purchase via the website, tell us the name and details of your lucky friend or relative. The name can be whatever you like, but we do encourage you to tell us their real name. You can have this shipped directly to the recipient if you wish.

If I order more than one piece of land, can they be located side by side?

As long as space is available, absolutely!

Do I really own the plot of land?

Your land purchase is ornamental and does not actually convey real ownership of property. You are purchasing a novelty item that conveys no rights to the land other than the right to name your parcel of land and visit it with permission from the property owner.

The word "own" is metaphorical and figurative. You do not actually own the property, and your name will not appear on any ownershp deed or land survey.

Can I build on my plot of Land?

As the land purchase does not actually convey real ownership of property, you may not build on, modify, or change the parcel of land in any way. You are purchasing a novelty item that conveys no rights to the land other than the right to name your parcel of land and visit it with permission from the property owner.

How big is my plot of land?

Parcels are measured per square foot or 12 inches by 12 inches. One square foot is roughly 30 centimeters x 30 centimeters.
