Babysitter Safety Training

This 3 hour class covers pediatric first aid, household safety, and childcare fundamentals to help your babysitter prepare to care for others.

For many young people, the confidence to act is the main issue, not a lack of knowledge about what to do. This class is designed to not only teach the skills, but also increase their confidence and encourage them to act decisively and quickly in an emergency.  

The class covers the material classroom and practical experiences. Both methods of instruction can be conducted in-person, if local to Dr. Powers, or online.

This is a certification class and includes both a textbook and certification card.
